Meal planning
Meal planner software for nutrition-focused practices
Build a structured meal plan for any patient — day of the week, meal type, description and calories — right on their profile, alongside appointments and progress tracking.
Quzek's Meal Planner lets dietetics and nutrition practices build a patient's meal plan directly in the same dashboard used for booking and notes — no separate spreadsheet or document to keep in sync.
What the meal planner does
-
📅
Day-by-day structure
Assign meals to specific days of the week, or leave a meal unassigned for a flexible plan.
-
🍽
Every meal type covered
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, each with a description and an optional calorie count.
-
📈
Multiple plans over time
Start a new plan whenever a patient's needs change, keeping a full history on their profile.
-
🔒
Enable it for the professions that need it
Meal Planner is a toggleable module — on by default for dietetics and nutrition-focused profession packs.
How to use the meal planner
-
1
Open a patient's profile
Go to the Meal Plans tab on any patient's profile.
-
2
Start a plan
Click "New plan" and give it a title, start date and optional end date.
-
3
Add meals
Add breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks with a description, optional day of the week, and calories.
-
4
Review anytime
Every meal plan stays on the patient's profile, so past and current plans are always at hand.
Because meal plans live on the patient record alongside appointments and clinical notes, nutrition planning is never a separate system to maintain.
