How to use lab & imaging tracking

Open a patient's profile
Go to the Lab & Imaging tab on any patient's profile.

Record the order
Click "Add order", choose lab or imaging, and enter the test name and ordered date.

Update as results come in
Change the status and add a result summary once the test is completed.

Attach the report
Upload the PDF or image report so it's available right alongside the order.
Because orders live on the patient record alongside appointments and treatment notes, nothing about a patient's diagnostic history is scattered across separate systems or paper files.
