Exercise programs
Exercise library and home exercise program software
Build your practice's own exercise library once, then assign home exercise programs to any patient with sets, reps and frequency — and track completion, exercise by exercise.
Quzek's Exercise Library gives your practice a reusable catalog of exercises — name, instructions, video link, body region and difficulty. Assign any combination to a patient as a Home Exercise Program, with sets, reps and frequency per exercise, and track each one from not started through in progress to completed.
What exercise programs do
-
📚
A reusable exercise library
Build your catalog once — name, instructions, video link, body region, difficulty — and reuse it across every patient.
-
🏋️
Sets, reps and frequency per exercise
Assign any exercise to a patient's program with its own prescription — no generic one-size-fits-all plan.
-
✅
Track completion per exercise
Each exercise in a program tracks its own status — not started, in progress, completed — so progress is visible at a glance.
-
🔒
Enable it for the professions that need it
Exercise Library & HEP is a toggleable module — on by default for physiotherapy, personal training and multidisciplinary practices.
How to use exercise programs
-
1
Build your library
Go to Settings → Exercise Library and add exercises with instructions, a video link, body region and difficulty.
-
2
Start a program
From a patient's profile, open the Exercise Programs tab and click "New program".
-
3
Add exercises
Add exercises from your library to the program with sets, reps and frequency for this patient.
-
4
Track progress
Update each exercise's status as the patient works through the program.
Because the exercise library and home exercise programs live right in Quzek alongside appointments and treatment notes, prescribing and tracking home exercise becomes part of the normal visit workflow.
