Body measurements
Body measurement tracking software with real progress charts
Record weight, height, body fat and circumference measurements at every visit — Quzek calculates BMI automatically and charts the whole history on the patient's profile.
Whether you're tracking a rehab patient's progress or a personal training client's results, Quzek's Body Measurements module records weight, height, body fat percentage, and waist/hip/chest circumference at any point in time, with BMI calculated automatically and a running progress chart.
What body measurement tracking does
-
⚖️
Weight, height, BMI
Record weight and height at any visit — Quzek calculates BMI automatically, no manual math.
-
📏
Body fat & circumferences
Track body fat percentage plus waist, hip and chest measurements alongside weight.
-
📈
An automatic progress chart
Once a patient has 2+ measurements, a weight and BMI trend chart appears right on their profile.
-
🔒
Enable it for the professions that need it
Body Measurements is a toggleable module — on by default for physiotherapy, personal training and nutrition-focused packs.
How to use body measurement tracking
-
1
Open a patient's profile
Go to the Body Measurements tab on any patient's profile.
-
2
Record a measurement
Click "Add measurement" and enter weight, height, body fat, and any circumference measurements you take.
-
3
Let Quzek do the math
BMI calculates automatically whenever both weight and height are recorded.
-
4
Review the trend
After a second measurement, a progress chart appears automatically, showing weight and BMI over time.
Because measurements live on the patient record alongside appointments and treatment notes, tracking physical progress is never a separate spreadsheet.
