Australian Privacy Principles & Privacy Act compliance
Australia's Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles protect how personal information is handled. Quzek gives you the consent and records tools to meet your obligations.
What the Australian Privacy Principles means
The Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), under the Privacy Act, govern how organisations collect, use, store and disclose personal information — including obtaining consent, being transparent through a privacy policy, honouring direct-marketing preferences, keeping information secure, and destroying or de-identifying it when no longer needed.
How Quzek helps you meet it
Quzek lets you record a client's consent to your privacy policy and to direct marketing, with a full history. You can export records to meet retention requirements, and delete personal information you no longer need. Data is encrypted and isolated per practice, and access is controlled by roles you manage.

Data export & deletion
Export your practice data whenever you like, and have it deleted on request when you leave.
A note on honesty. Quzek gives you the tools and safeguards to meet your obligations — it does not, on its own, make your practice compliant, and we do not claim certifications we do not hold. Where a regime needs a signed agreement (such as a Data Processing Agreement or a Business Associate Agreement) we can provide one on request. Compliance is a shared responsibility between the platform and how your practice uses it.
