How to use the scheduler

    Open Appointments

    Go to Appointments in your dashboard to see your live calendar in day, week or month view.

    Start a booking

    Click any empty slot, or hit "New appointment" — the booking form slides in from the right.

    Pick the details

    Choose the patient, location, practitioner and date; pick from the live available time slots, then the service.

    Save, drag or repeat

    Save the booking. Later, drag it to reschedule, or use "Repeat" to create a recurring series.

Because staff book into the same calendar clients use for online booking, phone, walk-in and online appointments all share one clash-free schedule. Availability updates automatically as you add practitioners or locations.

Frequently asked questions

Does it prevent double-bookings automatically?
Yes. Every create, edit and drag-reschedule checks the practitioner, room and equipment against live availability, so the same slot or resource can never be assigned twice.
Can I set up recurring appointments?
You can repeat any appointment daily, weekly or monthly with an interval and an end condition. Quzek skips any date that clashes and links the whole series together.
Can I change the time-slot size?
Yes — choose 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 or 60-minute slots from the scheduler settings, which also sets the default length of new appointments.
